Edward earned his B.A. from Yale University in 1979 and his J.D. from Rutgers University School of Law in 1982. He has held positions as trial and general counsel for several public entities including the Metro-North Commuter Railroad. Ed is a past president of the Puerto Rican Bar Association and is fluent in Spanish. Ed has been admitted to the New York Bar, 1984, U.S. District Courts, Southern and Eastern, 1991, and the U.S. Supreme Court, 1999.
