Brief Factual Summary: Plaintiff alleged that on February 14, 2017, she slipped and fell on the stairs between the third and fourth floor in her building As a result of the accident the plaintiff alleged injuries to her left knee and lumbar spine which required injections and surgery. During discovery we found medical records from the plaintiff’s Primacy care provider which showed the plaintiff had prior injuries and complaints of pain to the same body parts claimed in the subject matter. Plaintiff demanded $1.6 million, however the matter was settled for 400k.
