Born and raised in New York, Mark has built a career as a dedicated trial lawyer, representing clients in cases involving Labor Law, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents. With deep roots in the city and a strong understanding of New York courts, he provides clients with skilled, strategic defense in all types of litigation.
Mark has extensive experience handling cases from pre-trial investigation through verdict, and is equally accomplished in appellate practice, having argued appeals before the First and Second Department. This combined trial and appellate background allows him to anticipate challenges and protect clients’ interests at every stage of litigation.
Mark graduated from the State University of Geneseo and earned his J.D. from New York Law School as a part of the Evening Division. Mark was admitted to the bar in 2000. Prior to admission Mark was employed in the Pro Se office in the Southern District of New York.
